12 Natural Home Remedies for Relieving Dark Circles + Tired Eyes

1. Crushed Mint Leaves

Crush mint leaves and apply over dark circles for 10 minutes. Wipe off with a clean, damp towel.

2. Cold Metal Spoons

Lay the round sides against your eyes for five minutes.

3. Rose Water

Soak a cotton ball in rose water and apply over eyelids for 10 minutes. Relieves and refreshes tired eyes.

4. Almond Oil

Dab small amounts of almond oil over your dark circles before going to bed.

5. Lemon Juice

It contains vitamin C and helps get rid of dark spots. Place a cotton ball soaked with pure lemon juice to dark rings under your eyes and rinse after 10 minutes. Repeat daily.

6. Tea bags

Chill your used black tea bags in the refrigerator. Apply to closed eyelids for 10 minutes.

7. Refrigerated Coconut Oil

Massage gently clockwise under eyes before bed.

8. Cucumbers

Place cold cucumber slices over your eyes for five minutes.

9. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apply 1 tablespoon under your eyes. Let it dry naturally. Apply twice daily. (It's good for so many other things, too! 10. Argan Oil

Dab drops using your ring finger. Cover completely. Do not rinse. Best before going to bed. Make sure you use 100% pure argan oil with no fillers.

11. Potatoes

Place cold potato slices on top of your closed eyes for 10 minutes. Potatoes contain natural bleaching agents. When used raw, they help lighten dark circles and reduce puffiness around your eyes. Alternatively, grate a couple of chilled potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton swab in the juice and place on your closed eyes. Cover circles completely. Sit for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water. Repeat twice daily as needed.

12. Tomatoes

Mix 2 teaspoons tomato juice with 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and sit for 10 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. Repeat twice a day for maximum results.
