o 1-2 cups Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Almonds

o 1 cup mixed berries

o 2 scoops protein powder

o 3-6 drops of stevia (optional)

o 1 banana (optional)

o 1 tbsp elderberry syrup (optional)

o 1 tsp chia seeds

o 1 tsp almond butter (optional)

o 1 dropper c b d oil (I take higher dosages for anxiety + inflammation)

o 1-2 ice cubes


Mix It All Up

I throw it all in the blender and yell, “This is the best day of my life” for 10 seconds. I follow that with “I am protected, loved, capable and surrounded in beauty.” Then you’re set for your morning, where everything flows beautifully.
