INGREDIENTS

o 3 leaves of kale

o 2 scoops protein powder

o 1-2 cups non-dairy milk

o 1 banana (optional)

o 1 tbsp cacao

o 1 tbsp spirulina

o 1 tbsp chlorella

o 1 tbsp barley grass (optional)

o 1 tbsp blue-green algae (optional)

o 3-6 drops of stevia (optional)

o 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

o 1 dropper CBD oil (I take higher dosages for anxiety + inflammation)

o 1-2 ice cubes (optional)

 

Shake It Out

Throw it all in the blender and shake your bum for 13 seconds straight. Go all ecstatic dance, calling in joy to your day. Add a karate kick, a jump in the air, a YMCA, a big thank you, and watch how your day changes!
